How does the 15-day free trial work?
Sign up with your work email — no credit card. Full features for 15 days. At the end, choose a tier and start paying, or your account becomes Free.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, bank transfer for annual. All processed via Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — pro-rata refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked. Annual commitments are refundable pro-rata if you cancel before mid-period.
What about contracts and engagement?
Monthly = no commitment, cancel anytime. Annual = 12-month commitment with −15%. Mid-cycle upgrades are pro-rated.
Are prices VAT-included?
Prices are exclusive of VAT. EU customers with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged. French customers pay 20% VAT. Swiss and other-country customers handled at checkout per local rules.
